Can I order this service from outside the UK to access UK websites or streaming services?
No. The service is limited to eligible UK residents and UK businesses and cannot be used from outside the UK to appear UK-based, access UK streaming services, or bypass firewalls, censorship, geographic restrictions or other access controls.
How long does setup take?
Provisioning can take up to seven working days from order confirmation and is subject to eligibility and acceptable-use checks.
What's the difference between L2TP and a VPN?
L2TP is a tunneling protocol—it's not encrypted by default. A VPN typically includes encryption. You can run encrypted services through an L2TP tunnel for additional security.
Do I need a minimum contract?
No. All Peravix L2TP plans have no minimum term. You can cancel anytime with no penalties.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
Your service doesn't stop. Your speed is temporarily reduced until the next billing cycle when your quota resets.
Can I get additional IP addresses?
Yes. Business plan customers can request a /29 or /30 block of IPv4 addresses. Contact us to add this to your service.
How do I set up L2TP with my equipment?

Peravix primarily serves businesses, but this L2TP service is also available to eligible individuals ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom. Business applicants must be established or operating in the UK. Provisioning can take up to seven working days from order confirmation and is subject to eligibility and acceptable-use checks.
This is not a location-spoofing or content-unblocking service. It must not be ordered or used from outside the UK to appear UK-based, access UK streaming services, or bypass firewalls, censorship, geographic restrictions or other access controls. Applications for these purposes will be refused, and prohibited use may result in suspension or termination.
